What this website collects.
This notice covers website visits, email, and update requests. Local processing refers to message analysis in the apps.
Website visits
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes technical request information, including your IP address and the page requested. We haven’t added advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or tracking cookies.
Product updates
When you request updates, ADK Works stores your email address, selected product, consent version, and request date in a Cloudflare database. We use them to manage the list and send product news. We don’t sell the list.
Spam prevention
The signup form uses a daily hash derived from your network address and a request counter to limit automated submissions. The signup database doesn’t store your raw IP address. Counters expire after 24 hours and are removed during subsequent requests.
Email links open a draft in your email app. You choose whether to send it. Messages you send are handled through our Google Workspace mailbox. Please don’t include private conversations or sensitive information.
Removal and corrections
We keep update requests until you ask to be removed or we no longer need the list. Email support@beeokay.app to request access, correction, or deletion. Removal is handled manually. You don’t need an account to browse.
The apps and the website
These pages don’t import messages or analyze your conversations. The interactive examples are fictional. App processing, permissions, and any sync features will be documented separately.
