Your family’s messages don’t belong in cloud AI.
BeeOkay’s message analysis runs on your Mac using a local model. The review doesn’t require uploading conversations to a cloud AI service.
Local processing
The current development app uses a model installed on your Mac. Message content is processed there. Downloads, message-source connections, and any future sync features are separate from that analysis; their requirements will be explained with the release.
No outing. No setting to enable it.
LGBTQIA+ identity and questioning must never be flagged as concerns or exposed through alerts, exports, logs, backups, or other outputs. This is a fixed product requirement, not a parental preference.
A mistake must stay open to correction.
The app can misread a message or lack relevant context. A failed review must be shown as a failure. It must not be reported as evidence that everything is fine.
Limits you need to know
BeeOkay is still in development. Local processing reduces the need to share message content, but it doesn’t make every interpretation correct. The app is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional care.
This website doesn’t read your messages. Email update requests are stored separately in a hosted database.
